Step 1) Interview (easy) and passed this stage Step 2) We were taught about a few of the products and how to apply them, then applied them on each other. I felt like they didn't really pay any attention at all to our skill or understanding when applying the products Step 3) We had to go out onto the sales floor and get potential customers to sit down and try some of our products. This was really hard as it was a very quiet Tuesday morning and there were about 5 of us. We were told to make bodily contact with passers by and tell them (rather than asking them) to sit down. I found this really hard as it seems intrusive and I would hate it if a sales assistant touched me!
