Interview
So I passed the first two stages of the application which was the telephone interview and the Skype interview and they were easy and fun, but when it came to the store audition it wasn't what I expected. I was the only person who showed up to the interview and it was both in my opinion a good and bad thing. I did have around 10 people watching and assessing me which was a little intimidating and off putting. Firstly I was informed about the products and then was told to find customers to demonstrate the makeup on. Within the first 5 minutes I got someone to come over and sit down and I managed to sell her two products. I was then told to go around the whole of the shop floor to get other customers instead of standing at the front of benefit. I came to find this very uncomfortable as the shop wasn't very busy and everyone I asked declined. The lady who telephone interviewed me then came and walked around with me and even she could get anyone to come over. After two hours it was over and I was told that I done well considering I had two hours and some other people get four. I was called up a few days later and told unfortunately I didn't pass this part of the process. I was abit disappointed but I don't really know what else I could have done.

Si inizia con un’ audition ( ti dicono che ci sara’ un gettone di presenza, mai percepito!) durante la quale devi dimostrare le tue abilità nella vendita. Mi hanno spiegato poco e niente, pretendendo gia’ da subito alte performance. Segue poi un’intervista telefonica, improntata piu’ che altro a capire le tue aspettative, in quanto non si capiscono le condizioni contrattuali, o meglio per quanto tempo durera’ il tempo determinato e semmai ci sara’ la probabilità di un indeterminato; poiche’ sono quasi sempre sostituzioni maternita’.

Casual and friendly interview process. Video introduction was a new format of interviewing. 3 step interview process. Interviewer was lovely and made the process so much more relaxing. Zoom interview doing half a face of makeup was a new experience however very enjoyable

Interview
First there was an online interview you do alone and answer automated questions about how you would approach different problems. Then there is a zoom interview where you do your makeup and answer questions about the company and why you want to work there. After that they send you to a store so you can see if you work well in the environment and with the staff.
