The interview process was fun and interactive, I had to complete a video interview and then a second interview one of which was online with one of the team members where I had to do a make-up tutorial! The team was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Interview
The interview process is done online, once you've passed the online test you then get a phone call interview, once you've passed that you then have a one to one competency based interview which follows to you then having an audition on the shop floor. I extremely enjoyed the process, I usually get very nervous however the HR team were amazing, they always reassured you and kept you up to date with the whole recruitment process. I hope to join the team very soon!
