Invited to complete a video interview as stage 1, I find this awful and so awkward. You get presented with a question and 1-2 mins to provide an answer, there's no-one else on the call with you. Following the video interview I was invited to an in-person interview at their head office. The interviewers were very nice and put me at ease, questions were typical for the role. After the interview they sprung me with a written questionnaire, it was all focused around retail (not the sector I currently work in) so was pretty overwhelming, but had a go! Sadly the post interview process was really disappointing. They didn't follow up when they said they would and generally just dropped the ball a bit.
