Benefit Cosmetics Sales Associate interview questions

I filled out a form online. A few days later I was given a quick telephone interview. After I had passed these two stages I was invited for an interview in Costa near the store. This was at 10am. The lady was very patronising and made a joke about one of my previous jobs that I did not find funny. I was then told to come back at 2 o clock for a trial shift. This meant I had to wait around for 3 and a half hours! I did the trial shift, I was confident, I sold a product, I described the products to the client and even enjoyed myself whilst doing it. I was sent home and received an email the next day saying I had not received the job. I could understand this if I had done something wrong, but I didn't. Biggest waste of time I have ever had! Management are rude and condescending - I would advise everyone I can to not bother with benefit! They only care about sales and obviously used me for some free work.
