Interview
I had several virtual interviews with various leaders of the company. Each was well planned, well executed and a good experience. I was then invited to interview on site and was welcomed warmly and had a wonderful time visiting the campus and leadership of the company. The positive interview experience I had influenced my decision to join Benefitfocus.

They asked me about my experience, thoughts on the industry, ideas I had, and skills I could bring. Typical interview questions - nothing awkward or off-topic.
The process took a few weeks and I met with a lot of people. The recruiter was very transparent and communicated with me a lot, so I always knew where I was in the process. I was very impressed with everyone that I met.
