Interview
Apparently, this is a new Salesforce.com customer looking for a system administrator. The telephone interview
was conducted by someone with little or no knowledge of Salesforce. Her questions centered mostly on an
Salesforce governance and apps. I think this person had been sold a bill of goods on some goverance AppExchange
package. I have work on literally hundred of Salesforce orgs. and I never heard of this package. When I went to their website, they made it seem like you could not live without this app. She asked about certification and I
told her Salesforce Advanced System Administrator and Salesforce Developer.
She refused to answer any of my questions about salary or benefits, except to say what a fun workplace it was.
Right! If she is any measure, it's a real barrel of laughs!
If you apply for this position, beware. Forewarned is forearmed.
