Interview
Three interviews over the span of a month. The first was a phone screen, then a challenging video interview, followed by 2 design challenges that I completed and presented to the entire team. I was told I was a great candidate and would hear back within a few days. I was excited about the role and the team was very nice and engaging. Unfortunately, they GHOSTED me. Professional follow up emails were ignored. A simple "you have not been selected" would have been better than nothing. Glad to have not been selected to work for a company that ghosts candidates after a grueling month long interview process.
