Bentley Systems Localization Specialist interview questions

My experience with Bentley’s hiring process was frustrating and disappointing. The entire “interview” was conducted via email, which felt impersonal and added unnecessary stress, especially as I provided detailed information about my qualifications and salary expectations. Responses were slow, and despite clearly stating my name, I was repeatedly misnamed in emails, which felt careless and dismissive. The rejection email I eventually received was generic and failed to acknowledge the time and effort I invested, making the experience feel undervalued. While Bentley is clearly a large international company, the lack of timely follow-up and genuine human consideration during the recruitment process left a negative impression. I hope the company can improve the candidate experience by treating applicants with more respect and transparency.
