Berkadia Financial Analyst interview questions

Had great first two rounds - the second interview I was told on the spot I’d move ahead to the next round. They were very enthusiastic about my experience. Then things got weird. The last two interviews lasted less than 15 minutes each and the interviewers didn’t even have any questions prepared to ask me. Received an auto reply rejection. Awful process and they made it go on for weeks and weeks. They don’t seem to respect the time of the interviewee and don’t have a fair process.

very laid back, general questions overall. Short Phone conversation with HR manager that was not formal. Interviewer was late to call in to the interview. Did not receive a response to my follow up email
