Interview process was relatively laid back. Mostly behavioral questions geared towards fit as opposed to technical knowledge. Very conversational in nature, not overly intense and did a good job explaining the role.
Applied online, went for an in person interview and had a follow up phone interview with the MD. Really an easy process, not difficult. If you have 1-1.5 years of XP, you outta do fine.
