Interview
I had five rounds, the first two rounds happened on day 1 at a hotel. The first round was jam, followed by a PI round, then I had a technical round followed by Group Discussion the next day in the office and finally on day 3 I had my ops round after which I was given the offer letter. It was a basic process. Hence, basic questions about people were asked.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Berkadia (Hyderābād)
Interview
First round was av with test with included 1. Essay writing 2. comprehension passage. 3. Email writing 4. Ratio analysis. after three test is cleared, there's an HR round and then the technical interview. They interview process was easy, not so tough. As I was a fresher they asked me basic questions of accounting, project details and college life. It is better to brush up with accounting basis before you appear for the interview
