Very easy process. They want you to work there so it’s more like you interviewing whether they are a good fit. They talk about fees and splits. Go over what trainings they offer and what systems are in place. Overall a good experience.
Went smoothly and i think i like the company and i like the brokers there and it was a great experience and the building was nice and so forth and so far
Thorough conversation that was a balanced dialog. The office is very inviting and other employees are very supportive. I was able to shadow an agent before making my decision. This was very helpful.
