I interviewed for the Project Manager, Strategy & Solutions role and had an initial HR zoom interview that lasted less than 10 minutes. I have 6+ years of immigration experience and have led projects directly relevant to this role. She did not explain the job duties, ask about my project management experience, or give me any opportunity to discuss relevant projects I've managed. For a project management role, the lack of questions about actual project experience was surprising.
