The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then a second video call interview with an attorney. I was offered the job and accepted it.

Interview
They used AI a lot in the interview process. The initial screening was a conversation with an AI chatbot, which assigns a numerical score out of 10. The actual human recruiter does not look at any of your answers, just the numerical score. The human recruiter asked a lot of the same questions as the AI bot. The interviewer then reached out to me to set up a second interview with the actual hiring team, but they ghosted me on the interview itself. Apparently, the hiring team doesn't look at your resume, just the info from the recruiter and the AI score. Seems like a bizarre an inefficient way to screen candidates, and extremely unprofessional to ghost on a scheduled interview.
