Not a lengthy process: 1. Phone Interview 2. Final Interview with Two Leads Overall, both are fairly easy and behavioral and more to see if you're a fit and if the role is what you're looking for. The only reason I am dinging them is because they are unprofessional. Two things, the first one being they asked me a question in the interview that I thought was somewhat unanswerable and weird to ask, and when I turned it back and asked them towards the end of the interview they were struggling to answer the question themselves. That tells me you are not putting thought into your interviewing. Lastly, after the final interview, they completely ghosted and did not send a rejection e-mail nor let me know if I received an offer. Ultimately, it doesn't matter because I went with another offer but in this current market, it is very unprofessional and callous to leave applicants out to dry. It takes two seconds to be professional and communicate, so I would say this is a red flag to be aware of because it would likely reflect in the role/company.
