Typical screening call followed by video call. Screener was disorganized, and did not provide information on compensation or the listed "hybrid environment." The actual interviewer arrived late, was rather rude and disengaged and had clearly not reviewed my application materials beforehand. It was a waste of time. I also did a skills assessment that required, among other things, to accurately transcribe a random alphanumeric sequence and to, quite literally, send an email. The test actually assessed my ability to locate the "send email" button. This, for a job that required a BA and 2+ years of research experience. Rather absurd.
