Consisted of an initial interview on the phone then an in person interview with 2 district managers and a store manager. Standard STAR questions. Leadership structure recently changed and 2 individuals were recently promoted and 1 long term manager. Overall was a standard interview. Did receive feedback on my interview which was appreciated.
