It is a two part interview process. The first meeting would be with your department manager, the following is with a GM. Basic interview questions however when they initially call you to set up the interview, the ask why you chose Best Buy. They are very quick about getting back to you.

Very Straightforward. I found it to be less intimidating than most other interviews I have been on. Be prepared to answer some basic questions about honesty and your tolerance for breaking the rules. Spoiler alert: There can be no tolerance for breaking rules or dishonesty in this position.
