It was a pretty straight forward experience, he describe the job then ask me to talk about my experience and what I could bring to the team. Then I was told I would be contacted in a couple of days. I never got any offer. That was pretty much it.
Regular retail hiring process. Nothing special. Star method helps. What was the situation, how did you approach it, what was the solution, what was the outcome. Wash rinse repeat again

It was very very easy and straight forward, don’t have to go through multiple interviews only one interview. Got offered the job on the spot but didn’t take it due to something else
Online interview, move on to an in-person 1-1 interview. The online interview has very basic questions. The in-person interview can differ on who the manager is and or what department you are trying to get into.
