First meeting was just for the managers to meet you and get to know you. went well and they were very friendly.
secondary meeting was a more formal one where they actually offer you the job and tell you perks/ pay, etc.

When I first applied, I was asked to submit a video interview first. A few days later, I was called in for an in-person interview. The interview questions were as expected. Some relating to technology but most about yourself and customer service. I applied for the Consultant position so I wasn't expected to know too much about computers.
The first round is a video interview where you record yourself answering 7 questions. The process was easy but you only get one try at recording. The video interview was not strictly based on geek squad it was very generic questions.
Online though a website where a person would show up and ask you a question and you would be given 2 minutes to answer the proposed questions. It wasn't too bad but it was a little on the weird side for the format.
