received a call on sunday afternoon from a woman that said is blank there. I lucky looked up the phone and it said best buy. I said yes and she asked me a few question. 1. What would you do if you saw a co worker stealing? 2. If your best friend stole a water what would you do? 3. How man years of retail do you have? (6 years) 4. What would be the best displainary action if a manager was told a co worker was caught stealing 5. How would you convience your friend not to steal even if it was just a pen. 6. Why do you want to work for best buy After I answered those questions she told me to come in friday for an interview. I went to the interview and waited about 30 min. He asked me the same questions and told me the phone call was the first interview. He told me they have a lot of company outings and mostly people that get promoted leave that facility. He told me to wait in the break room. I waited for 3 hrs till i got interviewed by the GM. He asked the same questions and asked me what department i want to work for if hired. He had a score card which you can see how he rated you. He offered me a position but i reject it due to pay. I was thinking with 6 years of sales expeience I would get atleast $11.00 per hour. but no He offered me $9.50hr with no room for negation because his response was I dont have that much experience.
