I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Greenville, SC) in Jan 2013
Interview
Application filled out online, was called a week or so later. Three interviews done in two days with Supervisor, Manager, then Store Manager. I was offered a job on the spot, and started the following week after preliminary drug test and background check. First week of work was orientation, induction, and basic training followed during the first month of employment.
Regular retail hiring process. Nothing special. Star method helps. What was the situation, how did you approach it, what was the solution, what was the outcome. Wash rinse repeat again
