There were three interviews and a drug test, each one was incredibly simple with little to no technical questions. Seemed to be more focused on how much effort you were able to put forth and more was better.

Interview was pretty simple. Stress about customer services, sales, and incentive to sell credit cards application. Smile and show interest. Another factor they want to know is that are you an expert in your field and whether you're always hungry to learn more.

Pretty straight forward. The training is long but not too hard. They have you go through a lot of computer training and you have to know your modern consumer technology.
