It took 2 interviews, a competency assessment, and a phone interview to get the position. Most of the questions were personal and had to do with my attitude/desires for work.

I had a very pleasent interview experience in which it was a neccesary I demonstrate product knowledge by testing and showing my ability to effectively sell product. All of the managers were helpful in aiding in the learning process to take the test and succeed.
