You have to go through a phone interview first. When you pass that, you get to move on to the in-person interview at their headquarters (keeping in mind that this was pre-Covid). The in-person interview started with an Excel test where they test you on concepts like pivot tables, etc. Then four interviewers (2 from the Marketplace team and 2 from the Onboarding team, I believe) came into the room to ask standard interview questions.
