First technical assessment was good.
For second round the cultural and leadership interviewer did not listen properly what I was explaining and he seems to come to a judgement from half of my explanation.
And for technical interview part the interviewer asked me to solve couple of coding problems and wanted to get a solution similar to what he thought in mind and optimal solution with in 45mins.
