I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Canoga Park, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interviewer was very friendly but told me from the beginning that all his questions were standard questions that they have asked everyone. He had a packet and each page had a questing. He'd ask a questions and then I had to wait for him to write down my answer. Most of the questions were regarding customer service. Very generic.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to go above and beyond for a customer?
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
