I applied online. I interviewed at Best Buy (San Jose, CA)
Interview
there are technically three interview. a phone interview and screening, there they will set a time with an in person interview. from there you would interview with who would be your direct supervisor or manager. then finally an interview with the gm.
Typical Interview with standard behavioral questions and role play questions. If you have any experience with interviewing, this should be very straightforward. They also ask about relevant Sales Experience and availability.
If you apply during Black Friday time you got a good shot at getting a first job. Meet with manager/gm in the back room and talk about any prior work experience, mostly behavioral, be alive and talkative, understand this is sales and they want you to attach cards and paid memberships.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basically do you have reliable transportation and any previous work experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy
Interview
The questions weren't necessarily hard to answer, however they did make me think. Think of typical interview questions (how would you handle xyz, name a time when xyz, etc...) Overall not too bad.
