Met with the sales manager and General Manager for a 30min to hour long interview. It was at the store location I had applied for and there were a series of questions and comments regarding personality and prior experiences, followed by business plans for if I was offered the job.

Very streamlined Process, In-Person with general manager, General Interview questions but also a lot of sales experience questions and overall sales philosophy. My GM asked a lot of personal life questions too about my current job, lifestyle, and how bestbuy can benefit me outside of work.
