Interview
I applied online, completed the test they require you to take, a few days later received a phone call from a best buy rep gauging my interest in the job, I then was told to go to the location I applied to meet with a the operations manager for a 1 on 1 interview, then the general manager. (Notes: Didn't make it to the general manager stage) and (It could be a bit unprofessional given that the interviewer was reading questions straight from a worksheet and looking at the paper the entire time instead of making appropriate eye contact).
Interviewed with general manage of store and manager of warehouse. Just went through application and talked a little bit about my resume. Questions were very basic and easy to answer.
It was one interview with the manager and they would call you to schedule a work time with you. It was pretty easy and quick. There is no reason why you need to be scared.
