I applied online. I interviewed at Best Buy in Dec 2021
Interview
Over the phone interview. Easy, common knowledge questions. I have little to know experience with retail, and still gave me a shot. It's all about customer experience. If you have years of experience with that then youll be good. Also knowing someone who works there is a plus. Hired almost immediately after interview process.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Denver, CO) in Feb 2022
Interview
Interview started off with company-written interview questions in a formal manner. Typical questions you would expect from just about any entry-level interview. After the portion where the interviewer is typing your responses into a computer, the interview significantly loosened up and became more of the "conversational" style that I prefer.
