This is a 2 step interview process. First with your supervisor, than with the GM of the store. They will make you wait a few minutes before interviewing you to test you patience. The interview itself consists of just basic question about your past work experience and personality. Dress nice and be friendly and the interview should not be difficult.

Very Straightforward. I found it to be less intimidating than most other interviews I have been on. Be prepared to answer some basic questions about honesty and your tolerance for breaking the rules. Spoiler alert: There can be no tolerance for breaking rules or dishonesty in this position.
