Was asked general behavioral questions. The General Manager primarily asked about interactive experiences and how this could benefit his store. When I responded about helping the customer to find a solution that suits their needs, I was told that the focus should be on how they can get the customer to want the product.

General retail store associate questions are given. First interview with HR over the phone. Second meeting was with any Supervisor assigned to interviewing at the time, for this position, was generally Sales Floor Supervisor.
The interview process was a back and forth question answer conversation style interview. It was not too stressful but not too laid back either. Professionalism was accounted for as well as communication and processing skills.
3 Interview process. Quick phone interview, on-site with management, and if they like you, a last interview with the store GM. All of the questions were behavioral, nothing technical in my interviews.
