Interview
I was interviewed twice before I finally got the job. The hiring manager interviewed me with a series of basic interview questions. My second interview was with the store manager where he basically just discussed the ins and outs of best buy, salaries, etc. Once you have the second interview you have the job. Just ask questions, show interest and SMILE.
