Interview was relatively easy and straightforward. They ask you questions about ethics, and morality. Common sense stuff. Don't be rude. Don't be arrogant. Listen to them carefully. Be passionate about electronics and techology. Be sure to include a shared disdain for online retailers.

I first did an over the phone interview then an in store interview which was individual. After that a day later I went in for a group interview and everyone in the room got an offer on the spot with option to go think about it before signing.
