I applied on their website via LinkedIn. The recruiter reached out to me about a week and a half after submisson asking for dates/times I was available. After my response, I never heard back. I followed up, and did not hear anything. A bit after, I heard from the assistant of the hiring manager asking to schedule an interview. (So either I was lucky and they skipped a step or they're really messy). When it came down to my interview with the hiring manager, they were late to the interview. Overall, had a pretty negative experience with a company that is not ready to interview anyone.
