The whole process took about two months. It began with a quick phone screening with an individual from HR. This was followed by two separate 30 - 60 minute virtual meetings with the hiring manager and team members as well as various other members of the BETA team. After this I was invited for in for an in person interview. I was asked to have a presentation prepared outlining 1 - 2 relevant projects that I was to present to the interview panel. After this I rotated through three separate groups of BETA employees who all got to pick holes in my resume, my presentation, who I am, and how I work. The interview was both technical and personal. They were just as interested in what I knew and how I operated as they were in why I wanted to work for BETA and if I would be a good culture fit at the company. All told the in person interview took about four hours.
