Interview
There is a video screening, a few virtual interviews and then typically an onsite. It’s honestly an opportunity to expose the unique culture of the company and allow both the candidate and BETA to assess fit. For skilled roles, the entry bar is really high. For technician level roles, they are really looking for spirit.

Initial HR screening followed by zoom interviews with hiring manager and broader team. Next step was an in person round at their VT facility with a broader team. Final round was with the CEO

Mostly behavioral. Focus was trying to see if I would be a good behavioral fit for the company, A few technical questions here and there but it was largely cultural / behavioral
