Initial screening interview was with the in-house recruiter as the first step; then it advances to the direct hiring manager, and final interview with senior level exec. Described as potentially 3-4 steps with the the last 1-2 in person. Great screening interview, recruiter was very enthusiastic and it seemed like it was a great fit. They talked about next steps and that they should be back to me on a specific date about scheduling the next round. Then I was completely ghosted.
