BetterUp Global Partner Manager interview questions

I came in through a referral and had a few conversations with a co-founder. After that, I had conversations with the recruiter, 30 min interviews with a panel of employees, a take-home assignment, and another meeting with the hiring manager to review my assignment. I appreciated the thoroughness of the interview process as it also helped me understand what I would be getting into. It was very clear to me throughout the whole process that BetterUp cares about their people and finding strong mutual matches.
