I went through three phone interviews with the direct supervisor, a previous program manager who grew in the company, and a recruiter. I then completed a take-home assignment, then was not invited to the final round of interviews.

Interview
A couple of phone/video interviews - first with the direct hiring manager and then with the group VP. No interaction with a recruiter, just with the hiring team. The conversations were friendly and interesting, and I felt I did well in both. In the end they told me they were looking for a “unicorn” who had both extreme quant/data skills and high emotional intelligence/community building skills.
