Interview
I was surprised how impersonal and unprofessional the interview process was given that it’s such a mission driven company. The hiring manager was 10 mins late to the phone interview and did not apologize, which was a rough start as she had to rush through the interview. The interview itself was not a two way conversation at all but just her asking questions on past experience literally line by line on the resume. She didn’t take the time to ask or understand why I was interested in the company nor gave me time to ask her questions. After the interview, there was no follow up or anything. For a company that talks about purpose and what it does is so human centric, a strange experience to say the very least and didn’t live up to the company’s mission unfortunately.
