Its more about the "vibes" then your background which is both a pro and con itself. You can get a job and start your career with a new shiny title but you also get un certified "electricans" going into 480v cabinets everyday with no proper training. Once the zoom interview is over it takes an arm and a leg for them to get back to you (took over 7 mis for me) and if you didn't get the job they will not tell you or send an email.
