I applied through other source. I interviewed at Bevi (Boston, MA)
Interview
Interviewed with the CEO, then visited the office to meet with some of the leadership team . Since this is a new role for Bevi, I got the impression it wasn't clearly defined, and every member of the leadership team had a different perspective on what it would be doing. The sales manager talked strictly about recruiting, some other teams members asked about discipline issues and how to manage. Some red flags when it came to company culture "we made crude jokes around here all the time"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bevi (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Phone call screening, then moved on to VP of operations. Met with the operations manager, and then head of operations. Overall the interview process was pretty standard. They were extremely prompt and responding and kept me updated every step of the way.
