Interview
The interviewing staff was pleasant enough and claimed to make themselves available and attentive. I would get frequent texts and emails from the recruiter, so clearly they could both receive and send communications with me. I wasn't picked for the position, which was fine, but I did end up messaging my recruiter to ask for feedback regarding the decision. I feel like this is a very reasonable ask, especially if they truly "wish me the best" in my job search. The recruiter ghosted me and blocked me. I don't understand why this is the norm and it really dampened my opinion on the company.

Interview
Interview process was about 30 minutes long and they ask your typical customer service related questions. Very professional and very insightful. The company is a great company to work for.
