I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Beyond Finance
Interview
It was a 2-part process. First was with a recruiter or HR. It was done via Zoom, but you don't need you camera on for this round. Then it was an assessment and computer specs info, followed by a 2nd round interview with a sales manager. Very laid back, he had some prearranged questions, then he did a mock role-play. They sent the offer 3 days later.

Question 1
Give an example of a time you had to deal with a difficult client, how did you handle it and what was the result.
The two interviews I received (Sales Manager/Recruiter) were very cold, seemed scripted and lacked any positive energy. The job listing did not match the actual interview details and it was done by design because the real details were not good. Leaving out important schedule details (working every Saturday) or low base/hourly pay is not a good look. There were way too many red flags with this company. They even seemed annoyed when you said you had one or two questions. Be aware. Stay way unless you are just looking for a paycheck with copious amounts of stress tied to it.
