The initial interview is with a recruiter and was a very easy going conversation identifying experience and attraction to Beyond. The second interview was with the hiring manager, which gave a great understanding of the role and tools used day to day to be successful. The third interview was a panel with members of the CS Team, hiring manager, and implementation manager. Had to prepare a demo of a software I am familiar with, complete an application and present then prior to the interview complete a written assignment. From there met with the implementation manager 1:1 and member of the CS Team. Was helpful to get the opportunity to hear different perspectives from different roles. Final interview was with the founder of the company. Was offered a few days after verbally on the phone from the hiring manager.
