My experience with Beyond's interview process left me feeling disappointed and undervalued. The interview, which lasted a grueling hour and a half, was excessively extensive and demanded a deep knowledge of the company's internal workings, despite my status as an external candidate. It felt as though the interviewers disregarded the value of my time and energy, as the questions delved into overly specific details that seemed disconnected from the role I was applying for. While I understand the importance of thoroughness in the selection process, the level of depth required was excessive and impractical for someone not already employed within the company. Overall, while Beyond may offer promising opportunities, prospective candidates should be prepared for a lengthy and demanding interview process that may not fully respect their time and external perspective.

This is a scale-up company I never heard about before but the solution and role description caught my eye. The interview process went well in general, I had to demo a Saas as a role play. I received detailed feedbacks which I appreciated. The HR is super nice and all the team seemed nice and engaged which gave a good image to the company. I just felt the package overall was below the market regarding what they expect in return.
