Great experience. There wasnt an opening immediately available for me, but we meshed really well & i was told i'd be kept in consideration. that happened very quickly and i got a similar role offered to me within 3 weeks. got to meet leadership and a decision was made rather quick given the need. appreciated the transparency and willingness to pivot out into something we both could benefit from.

Mostly about how i could use my knowledge of the original position to make an impact in the new role they were defining. i showed adaptability and i think that's why it ultimately all worked out.
